职位描述:
工作职责:
1.负责询价文件发布、厂商技术方案收集、技术澄清会的安排与协调
2.独立开展商务评标工作,消化技术评标结果,综合各厂家技术、配置、综合实力、价格、材料成本等的分析,给出合理的价格及推荐厂家
3.负责合同的起草,同供应商就合同条款独立开展沟通,跟踪合同会签、盖章、归档;
4.跟踪厂家VP资料的提交,同设计、控制部门保持密切沟通,能提前预警可能存在的延迟,主动催交;
5.负责厂家生产状态的跟踪,确保按时交货,把握关键控制节点,能提前预警可能存在的延迟,主动催交;
6.到场设备及材料问题的跟踪处理,同仓储、施工、质量等部门保持沟通,跟踪OSD的关闭;
7.负责合同付款请款、资料收集、台账整理、付款状态的追踪;
8.进行采购回顾、供应商考评、采购订单关闭工作。
职位要求:
1.本科以上学历;
2.经验要求:化工行业3-5年工作经验,设备维修相关或设备采购工作经验优先;
3.能力素质:具有较强的商务谈判能力及较强的沟通协调能力。
