1、负责全面统筹管理服务中心客服、安全、工程及环境专业线的工作,对项目经营及管理指标负责;

2、负责组织实施公司质量管理体系,审核并监督实施年度客户服务提升方案及实施计划,服务达到质量标准,持续提高项目现场品质及客户满意度;

3、负责贯彻落实公司的经营方针,通过服务创新、成本节约及多种经营等方式完成公司下达的年度经营管理目标,持续提高项目经营水平;

4、负责合理做好本项目人员配置,督促、指导、培训、激励、考核下属员工,帮助下属实现个人职业生涯规划,持续提高员工满意度;

5、负责业主委员会、街道办事处、派出所等相关单位的公共关系维护;

6、负责对周边项目的物业管理拓展信息收集及公关,获得第一手信息;

7、协同品质管理部完成专业服务分包方的招标等相关的服务分包方选择工作;

8、完成上级安排的其他工作或任务。

岗位要求:

1、大专以上学历,管理类、房地产、物业管理相关专业,持物业经理资格证书;

2、有3年以上甲级写字楼相关管理经验,丰富的物业项目运营管理知识,有物业顾问项目巡场经验;

3、具有较强的组织、沟通及解决问题的能力,有较强的成本测算、经营管理、团队培训、活动策划等综合能力。

篇2:服务市场岗位职责

服务端开发工程师-市场与渠道中心012网易集团网易(杭州)网络有限公司,杭州网易,网易,网易杭州,网易游戏,网易网络,网易集团,网易工作职责:

1.负责AR/MR项目的服务器开发,包括架构设计、实现、优化和维护;

2.参与前沿技术调研,包括视觉slam、机器学习等;

3.协同其他团队进行跨系统/模块合作开发。

任职要求:

1.2年以上工作经验,热爱编程,习惯阅读英文技术文档;
