服务招商岗位职责
基因检测服务招商经理阿吉安(福州)基因医学检验实验室有限公司阿吉安(福州)基因医学检验实验室有限公司岗位职责:
1、负责招商区域销售管理和渠道建设,有生殖、妇产相关资源代理商的寻找及沟通,做好代理商的跟踪及市场的开发、维护工作,建立良好的客户关系;
2、定期提交销售预测及新客户开发计划,完成公司制定的销售指标;
3、负责招商区域行业信息、竞品信息的收集、分析、整理;
4、负责组织代理商产品知识及销售技巧培训,定期对代理商进行考核评估,协调所辖区域业务范围内经销商与终端客户之间的关系,做好终端客户业务发展工作;
5、负责新代理商的洽谈、签约工作,并进行管理、协调、指导、监督并审核各项合同;
6、严格执行公司制定的各项政策,做好拜访记录,建立客户档案,定期反馈工作报告。
任职资格:
1、专科以上学历,生物、医药、检验、分子诊断等相关专业优先;
2、五年以上临床销售或招商经验,有一定的团队管理经验;
3、熟悉产品知识,掌握产品的卖点属性;熟悉基因检测市场情况,掌握相关销售渠道的工作环节、运作特点;
4、有广泛良好的客户网络资源和渠道建设经验,尤其是有肿瘤科、妇科、产科等资源者优先考虑;
5、具有较强的沟通协调能力,有责任感,抗压能力强,有良好的沟通能力、谈判能力、开拓能力,能适应短期出差。

1、对服务站业务进行统筹管理,支持服务销售代表完成各项业务指标;
