篇2：品质（座椅）工程师工作职责与职位要求
职位描述：
品质工程师（主要是座椅方面）
薪资：9k左右（加班费更算）
职位要求：
1、从事品质工作一年以上；
2、了解QC七大手法，五大工具及TS16949；
3、熟悉品质处理流程，具备协调各部门处理品质问题的能力；
4、熟悉办公软件的制作。

工作描述：

1、参与新项目开发的品质工作，按照项目要求提交所需的品质资料；
2、供应商监察与来料品质管控；
3、制程品质控制、协调处理现场品质问题；
4、客户投诉调查、对策与回复；
5、质量报表作成；
6、其它上级交代的事宜。
