MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES
-Wellcommunicationwithcustomertofigureoutcustomer‘stechrequirement;
-Evaluatecustomersoriginalinput,providecounterproposalandnegotiatewithcustomer;
-MakeRFdesignforcertainproject;
-PrepareRFsample,approvalsheet,RFtestinstruction,withPM/ME;
-WorkwithME/PMforalldesigndocumentationfromRFside;
-ProactivelyinvolveprojectactivitiesforRFandgeneralprojectsissue;
-Proactivelyinvolvegeneraldepartmentissueandprovidetrainingorotherhelpfornewcomer;
-Supportproductionlineforalldesignissueevenafterdesignrelease.Supportproductionlinefornon-designissueperreporter‘sarrangement.

-Atleast1yearsRFdesignexperienceinmassproductionindustryispreferable;
-RFknowledge,ISO9000,ProductCreationProcedure;
-Workwithteammemberwithdifferentindividualnatural;
-Arrangemulti-taskinmeantimeinastructureandprofessionalway;
-Goodtimemanagementandskillsincommunication,negotiation,decisionmaking;
-Oral/writtenEnglish,teamwork,constructive,proactive.

职责描述：
岗位职责：
按标准（主要是欧盟与北美标准）或客户要求安排测试；准备测试计划和工作表；
确保测试项目按计划进行，并负责与相关同事及客户进行沟通协调；
测试的范围涵盖通讯产品、无线射频产品等；
确保所有测试按照正确的标准或客户的要求进行，及报告格式的正确性。
职位要求：
大专以上学历，电子或通讯设备专业；
能熟练操作频谱分析、综测仪等；
良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；
有无线射频、项目管理经验或手机行业工作1年以上者，优先录用。
学习能力强，善于钻研的应届毕业也可
