职责描述

工作内容:

本地支持

Branchsupport

进行日常硬件设备维护工作,软件安装、卸载及问题处理;

Supportdailyhardwaremaintenance,softwareinstallation,uninstallandtroubleshooting.

2、协助终端用户的技术支持工作;

Assistanceforendusertechnicalsupport.

3、提供电脑及IT设备的支持服务;

4、实时响应及处理终端用户的问题和服务请求;
