üFull-timeteachersareresponsibletoteachandadvisestudentsinfullcooperationwithotherfacultymembersandadministrators.Thefirstobjectiveofateachershallbetoprovidethestudentwithqualityeducationthroughprofessionalcompetence,effectiveteaching,andwisecounselling.Thefocusshouldbeonlearning(fromstudents’perspectives)andnotteaching(fromteachers’perspectives),thisisastudent-centererprogramme.

üTeachersshallalsostayup-to-datewithprofessionaltrendsintheteachingfieldandhelpfacilitatethecontinualchangethatmayberequiredtokeepinstructioncurrentandrelevant.

Infulfillingtheroleoffull-timeteacher,eachteachingmembershallberesponsibleforthefollowing:

üFulfilcontractualobligationsforafullinstructionalload(minimumof180hoursofteachingloadperterm)duringeachthree-monthterm.

üAllassignmentsaremadeconsideringthebestinterestsofthestudentsandarebasedondocumentedtrainingand/orexperiencerelativetosuchassignments.

üConducteachclassaccordingtotheapprovedcourseoutlineonfileintheAcademicDepartment;wheresyllabusadjustmentsaredeemednecessary,coordinatesuchchangeswiththeProgrammeDirector.

üUtilizetheapprovedtextbookand/orotherinstructionalmaterialsforcourseassignments;coordinateanychangesoradditionstotheapprovedtextbooks(usingappropriateformsandproceduresandinadvanceofthepublisheddeadlines)throughtheAcademicDepartment.

üBefullypreparedandontimeforeachassignedclass,conductingeachclassforthelengthoftimeindicatedinthesyllabusandatthetimesspecifiedintheclassschedule.

üMaintainadequatecourserecordsandprovidewrittenexplanationofthegradingsystem,courserequirements,andotherclasspoliciespertheguidelinesprovidedbytheAcademicDepartmenttoallstudentsinhis/herclasses.

üSubmit(input)mid-term,andfinalgradesbythepublisheddeadlines.

üBeaccountableforensuringcoverageofclassesandotherresponsibilitiesintheeventofauthorizedabsence.

üMaintainopencommunicationstyleforthebenefitofstudentstoaskquestionsandforclasssupervisorstoclarifystudents’progresses.

üMaintainandsustaintheuniversity’spoliciesonhighstandardsofbehavioramongstudents.Itisexpectedthateachteachingmembershallmaintainthesamehighlevelofconduct,bothpersonallyandprofessionally,thatisexpectedofstudents.

üMaintainprofessionalcompetencethroughcontinuousstudy,research,andawarenessofnewdevelopmentsandmoreeffectiveinstructionalmethodsinthespecificinstructionaldiscipline.

üPerformsomeprogrammanagementdutiesasassignedbytheProgramDirector.

üAttendfacultyanddepartmentalmeetings.

üAdvisetheProgramDirectorofopinionsand/orrecommendationsrelativetoanyinstructionalorotherpoliciesorpracticesthatmightfacilitateorimprovetheuniversity’sinstructionalmission.

üParticipateintheannualcommencementprogram.

üBefamiliarwithandabidebyestablishedproceduresandpoliciesoftheuniversity.

QualificationandRequirements:

üMasterDegreeholdersinBusiness,Management,Economics,Finance,Operations,Strategy,Marketing,and/orHumanResource(preferablyfromU.K.,U.S.,Canada,orAustralia)andatleast3+yearsprofessionalexperience

üDesiretoteachandcoach.

üGoodunderstandingof,andexperiencewith,businessandmanagementera.

üStrongpresentationandcommunicationskills

üStronginterpersonalskillstoeffectivelyworkwithstudents.

üExcellentknowledge,andabilitywithstandardofficetechnologysuchasMSOffice,Internet,intranettools,etc.)

篇2:经济管理岗位职责

1、分解并完成人力资源项目各项战略指标;

2、负责人力资源实操课程的研发,并进行人力资源实操课程的教学工作,对直播课程质量负责;

1.需要独立或者与其他顾问一起共同工作以完成对客户的区域经济咨询项目服务,确保客户对项目服务的长期满意度。具体工作包括组织和

5、具备职业素质,拥有良好的沟通能力和缜密的逻辑思维能力,注重团队合作,有强烈的上进心、敬业精神和创新意识;

6、年龄35岁以下。
