固定资产岗位职责
1、固定资产，是指使用期限超过1年的房屋、建筑物、机器、机械、运输工具以及其他与生产、经营有关的设备、器具、工具等，单位价值在规定限额以上，应当作为固定资产。根据固定资产定义，结合本单位具体情况，制定固定资产目录，分类编号登记。
2、固定资产取得时，按取得时的实际成本入帐。固定资产取得时的成本应当根据具体情况分别确定。如：购置的不需要经过安装即可使用的固定资产，按实际支付的买价、包装费、运输费、交纳的有关税金等，作为入帐价值。融资租入的固定资产，按租赁开始日租赁资产的原账面价值与最低租赁付款额的现值两者中较低者，作为入帐价值。经批准无偿调入的固定资产，按调出单位的账面价值加上发生的运输费、安装费等相关费用，作为入帐价值。
3、会同机运科定期对固定资产进行清查盘点，按照有关规定审批权限办理盘盈、盘亏、报损和报废的报批手续，及时调整账目，做到帐、卡、物相符。
4、定期对固定资产使用情况进行分析，不断完善和改进管理，提高固定资产合理使用效率。
5、依据公司相关部门规定，及时办理固定资产的调出、调入及设备租赁手续。
