工作职责：
负责协助质量标准研究员实施公司新产品的质量标准研究，确保建立的质量标准科学可靠，能有效控制新产品的质量。
1、协助进行起始原料、中间体和样品的质量标准方法开发和方法学验证；
2、负责研究用起始原料、辅料、试剂、中间体、研究小样和产品的检测；
3、协助质量标准研究员配合进行新产品制备工艺的生产验证；
4、根据药品注册相关法规要求，协助进行注册相关质量部分申报资料的撰写；
5、协助完成研制/生产现场核查的相关工作；
6、协助收集质量研究相关的证明性材料和专业技术资料；
7、维护和保养实验室分管的仪器设备；
8、完成上级主管临时交代的工作。
职位要求：
1、大学专科以上学历，45周岁以下，药物分析、分析化学、药学、中药学等相关专业，专科3年（本科1年）以上药品质量标准检验工作经验。
2、能熟练操作常规检验分析仪器设备，了解药品研发流程和相关技术研究指导原则，能根据注册法规的要求开展相关研究工作；
3、工作责任心强，细致严谨，具备较强的创新意识，沟通协调能力、团队协作精神；
