职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责公司决策和要求在部门的贯彻和落实，制定部门月度工作计划并实施；
2、负责部门的团队建设、绩效考核与提升、工作流程优化；
3、根据公司风险控制要求，推进技术标准、规章制度等文件的编制完善工作，并组织技术专业知识的培训；
4、负责对发生的异常、突发事件及现场审核出现的问题进行协调处理；
5、领导交代的其他工作任务。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上生产企业技术、制造、质量品质管理类工作经验；
2、具有较强的事业心，有意愿在认证行业长期发展；
3、具备较强的创新能力，易于接受新事物、新思想和较强的学习能力；
4、具备较强的奋斗精神，工作积极主动，具有较强的责任心和敬业精神。

职位描述：
职责描述：
1、协助质量经理建设生物医药质量体系建设：关注国内外药品相关的标准、政策等，编写/修订SOP，体系文件更新，组织文件培训；
2、协助内部审核：技术方案、原始记录、报告等记录审核和现场审查。形成审查记录/审查报告。通知并跟进不符合项的整改直至关闭；
3、对接外部审核（食药监局或客户审核）所需的文件，针对外部审核发现的不符合项讨论纠正和预防措施，跟进整改并及时反馈整改进度；
4．负责实验室人员的管理，包括：技术培训、实验技能提升、绩效考评；
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，医药/化工类专业；
2、精通医药GMP质量体系或ISO17025质量体系；
3、有质量管理工作2年及以上工作经验
