1、结合利戴公司及BBAC的文件管控要求,建立适合的文件管理体系和规章制度;
2、QM程序,定义程序资料的管理流程,确保所有程序文件有效可控管理;
3、保存并管理所有QM文件和记录,接受相关QM审计检查,准备提交相关报告;
4、制定QM内外部培训计划;
5、上级主管安排的其他任务。
职位要求:
1、专科以上学历,机电工程专业优先考虑;
2、3年以上相关工作经验以上;
3、熟悉ISO9000/ISO14001管理体系;
4、熟练操作计算机软件,Word,Excel,PowerPoint;
5、必须具有良好团队合作精神。

?CoordinatelocalcertificationswithCertificationBodiesandmanageexternalaudits.
?EnsurecompliancetoQualityManagementSystemandrelatedISO/VDAStandardsbyestablishingandperforminginternalauditsthatmeasuretheeffectivenessoftheSystems;includingmanagementoflocalandcross-Countryauditplans.
?EnsurethatQualityManagementSystemdocumentationisupdatedaccordingtoguidelines.
?EnsureeffectiveexecutionoftheProcessesMilestones(QAMM)throughouttheProjectfromKick-offtoClose-out.
?SupportQMOManagerintheimplementationofcommonQualitymethodologies,toolsandinformationsystems,theircontinuousimprovementandalignmentonbestpractices.
?SupportQMOManagerinthemonitoringofQualityKPIs,theanalysisofresultsandthedevelopmentandmonitoringofimprovementplans.
?AssureLessonsLearnedandNonconformityprocessarefacilitatedanddrivenbackintotheBusinessProcessesforcontinuousimprovement.
?ResponsibletoidentifyandcommunicateQualitygeneralconcernsandorissuestoappropriatedepartment.
?Supportcontinuousimprovementactivitiese.g.,Kaizen,5S,SixSigmaprojects,valueengineering,leanmanufacturing,etc.
