Jobsummary工作概要:

通过专业的质量管理方法，负责推动供应商产品质量的持续改善，帮助供应商提高和满足客户的质量要求。

Responsibilities工作内容：

1.帮助供应商的全面提升，通过全过程监督控制生产过程和推进工艺改进，降低过程质量损失，提高出货质量。

2.负责新产品的APQP质量开发计划及监控的全过程。

3.实施公司内部或客户委托的供应商审核，针对在审核中发现的不符合项进行跟进，并验证整改效果。

4.确保公司的产品和服务符合顾客的质量要求，包括组织质量目标的设立和达成，纠正和预防措施的制定及贯彻，质量的持续改进；

Qualifications工作职责与职位要求要求：

1.大专以上学历；电子或机电类专业优先考虑；

2.5年以上SQE的工作经验，3年以上电子/电气行业经验的候选人优先考虑；

3.精通电子类产品，同时熟悉机加、铸造、锻造、焊接、冲压、钣金及表面处理等制程工艺的候选人优先考虑。
