职位要求

1.本科及以上学历

2.CET6

3.熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系;

4.有CNC制造质量管理经验;

职位描述

Mission:

ThesupervisorreportsdirectlytotheProjectManagerorCo-ordinatorandisresponsiblefortheorganisationofthehour-to-houroperationofnominatedprojects/areas.Thesupervisorworksalongsideotherinspectorstoformanautonomousteam.

Activities:

?Organisethehour-to-hourfunctionoftheprojectorareaensuringtheirteamsworkinarigorousprofessionalsafeandeffectivemannerconsistentwiththeNational,GroupandindividualprojectrequirementsdefinedineachTestPlan;

?Planinspectionandorganisetheresourcesrequiredtoensurethesectiontargetsareachievedensuringthatalltheinspectorsaretrainedandcapableofdoingtherequiredactivities;

?EnsureforeachprojectthattheInspectorsareequippedwiththecorrecttooling,personnelprotectiveequipmentandmaterialstocarryouttherequiredactivitiesinaccordancewiththeTestPlan;

?Assureproductqualitybydefiningtherequiredlabelling,materialflow,andproducthandling/packingdisciplinesintheProjectTestPlanandsetup.Alluninspected[stop],passed[OK]andfailed[NOK]productisclearlylabelledandsegregatedintheworkplace;

?EnsurethattherequiredProjectpaperwork[e.g.DailyReports,TallySheets]iscompletedontimeandtotherequiredstandardforallprojectsundertheircontrol.

?He/shemustensurethatalltherequiredreportsissuedarecorrectandinaccordancewiththeprojecttimetablehighlightinganyissueencounteredforresolution;

?Maintaintheongoinginspectors’compliancetotheProjectTestPlanbyconductingtherequiredlayeredauditsandimmediatelyaddressinganydeviationsidentifiedwithappropriatecorrectiveactions;

?Ensureaclearandeffectivecommunicationwithintheteam,toG&PstaffandwiththeclientQuality/Mfgsupportteams.AdviceCustomers’supervisors/teamleadersclearlyofalltherelevantconcernsidentifiedduringtheongoinginspectionactivities;

?Ensureahighstandardofinspectorattire/appearanceandhousekeepingismaintainedconsistentwiththeGroupstandards;

?SupporttheProjectManagerorCo-ordinatorintherecruitment,induction,appraisal,anddevelopmentoftheInspectors;

?MaintainandreportonthecompetitoractivitiesatthelocationprovidingSalesLeadsonworkdonebycompetitors;

?SupporttheGroupcontinuousimprovementculturebysupportingtheteamoncreationofimprovementsuggestionsandtheirimplementation.

NominatedDeputies:

Intheabsenceofthesupervisor,anominatedTeamLeaderorinspectorwillsubstitutewithsupportfromtheProjectManagerorCo-ordinator.

职位描述

职责描述

1、按照15189标准,确保公司的质量管理体系的实施和保持,报告质量问题,撰写偏差报告,明确质量责任;

2、编写质量管理手册,制定质量控制方法,补充、完善、更新SOP文件,并经过审计程序后推动实施;

3、监督各部门及实验室各项工作严格按照标准操作流程(SOP)执行;

4、管理QA档案;执行内部审核;准备材料并接待外部审核;

5、负责并协调各项质量认证工作相关内容的撰写;

6、根据外审的结果,制定纠正计划和预防措施;

7、制订并实施培训计划,编制培训教材,对员工进行质量管理基础知识培训;

8、组织和推动各项质量活动的进行等。

职位要求

1、医学、药学、生物等相关专业本科及以上学历;

2、沟通协调能力较强,具有较强的抗压能力;3、有一定的二代测序知识基础;有二代测序实验室的运营管理工作经验优先

4、具有医学实验室相关质量管理经验2年以上者为佳;

5、具有15189、CAP、CLIA认证等GLP认证及申报经验者优先考虑。
