工厂供应商技术支持工程师工作职责与职位要求
职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责外购新品零件试制质量控制和工艺确认，保证零部件批量生产稳定性，及时反馈因供应商供货物料质量缺陷引发的问题并要求其改善；
2、负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告及实施效果，必要时可进行现场审核检查以及辅导；
3、参与供应商初始样品的评估放行工作、零部件的PPAP+通过过程审核,产前准备前移,关键工序管控,提高来料质量；
4、通过周报/月报/季报同供应商进行业绩交流，制订改善计划并跟踪实施，对评分较低的供应商提出限期改善要求；
5、组织新供应商审核，与采购、研发部门一起对新供应商进行考核打分；
6、推动供应商成立完善的质量保证小组，辅导供应商持续提升质量。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，3年及以上SQE、供应商管理工作经验；
2、熟悉QFD、APQP、FMEA等品质工具，具备供应商稽核经验；
3、具备现场管理经验，对制造测量有比较深刻的认识，熟悉注塑工艺优先；
4、具备较强的商务沟通能力、自我调节能力及解决问题能力；
5、能接受江浙区域出差。
