PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES主要职责
1.BaseonorderintaketodispatchandreleaseMasterProductionSchedule.Analyzecapacityloadingtomeetdeliveryrequirementandcompanytarget.Releasemonthlyproductionscheduletoworkshop.
根据订单情况编制主生产计划。进行产能分析以便达成发货需求和公司目标。提供车间月度生产计划。
2.Communicatewithalldepartment(PM,Eng,Pur,PE)tofixproductionplantoensureontimedelivery.Ensureon-timedeliveryofdrawingandnocapacitylostinproduction;
与所有部门(项目管理部、工程部、采购部、工艺编程组)沟通满足生产计划，确保准时交货。确保图纸准时下发，确保生产没有产能浪费；
3.TakecareofOpsdailymeeting,trackandconfirmtofinishprojectontime.
每天主持召开Ops生产计划会议，跟进和确保生产项目按时完成。
4.UtilizeleanprinciplesorKAIZENtodriveimprovementandcostsavingofproductionplanning.
利用精益原则或者改进方案促进生产计划的改进和成本节约。
5.ImproveorderforecastandmonitororderintaketomeetKPItarget;
改进订单预测与控制在手订单以达成KPI目标。
6.CarryoutWIPanalysisonweekly,takeactionsforslow-movingsemi-finishedgoodstoensurefulfillprojectontime.
每周进行产成品分析，对呆滞半成品采取措施以确保按时达成项目。
7.MaintainandcheckmasterdatainSAP.
维护和检查SAP主数据。
8.Systemissue(SAP)followupandproblemsolving.
SAP系统问题的跟进与问题解决。

生产订单的处理
-提供生产订单，纠正系统信息和处理原料消耗错误
制定详细的生产计划
-考虑数量和日期需求因素来制定生产计划。定义生产批量数，实现生产准备时间和工序步骤最小化，同时遵循人员配置最优化
-制定人力安排的详细计划，及时与生产部门协调合格员工的可利用性
原料及设备的可用性检查
