工作职责：
?负责管理生产运营小组的日常工作，确保完成生产目标；
?配合质量团队，不断提高团队生产质量，降低客户投诉，提高客户满意度；
?对团队成员进行技能培训、业务指导等。
岗位要求：
?大专以上学历；
?5年以上生产、服务运营管理工作经验；
?具备一定的团队管理技巧和经验。

?Applyandenforceestablishedguidelinesandworkingproceduresofthecorrespondingoperation;

职位描述：
职责描述：
1、负责无菌车间的配液，罐装生产和人员的管理工作；
2、制定编写无菌车间的GMP，SOP操作和人员管理制度，对违反GMP和SOP的操作行为进行纠正；
3、负责灌装原材料的选型,验证工作，控制车间物料的使用，避免物料的浪费，以降低生产成本；
4、对各工序进行工艺技术摸索，完善各工序工艺操作控制点，提高产品质量和工作收率；
