职位描述：
Responsibilities工作职责
1)直属信息安全中央部门，监管中国区工厂保安团队，负责整合、优化保安团队运营管理，提供专业安全培训、安防技能提升，确保保安人员纪律及执行绩效。

2)执行日常华东区信息安全风险评估、紧急或意外响应、举报及安全事件调查、分析报告以及流程优化。承担东区部分客户信息安全工作

3)对公司内部信息安全资产、CCTV监控、人员及物理安防运营进行风险识别、评估、控制及改善。

4)主导、对应客户的信息安全审核，合理协调跨部门准备工作，协助其进行解决方案的制定和执行。

5)负责中国区工厂内部员工的信息安全意识及内部稽核培训。

Requirements职位要求要求
1)10年以上保安团队管理、物理安防、风险管理等信息安全相关工作经验。

2)熟悉制造行业信息安全标准及管理体系，保安防盗、内部侦查、新产品信息保密项目管理经验。

3)具备安全事件调查处理的知识和技能；熟悉CCTV监控系统尤佳。

5)具有良好的发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路和方法；
6)具有较强的沟通和跨部门协调能力；
7)具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
