职位描述:
1)PositionFocus:职位概要:
?发运需求的接收
?滚动需求的编制.
?发运计划的编制和跟踪
?协调和处理客户提出的需求
2)JobSpecificComments:工作内容
?接收需求,处理每日客户下的订单和预测,保持跟客户的沟通,如有变动,及时调整计划及我司的生产交
付情况。
?负责每张订单的合同评审单(给物流,生产,品质签字确认)
?负责跟踪产品生产进度,质量状况,保持及时与客户沟通,每日查看外库和寄售库库存情况,并跟踪客户
的每日用量(特别是低库存,及时做好应对措施)跟踪每日的紧急产品
?更新客户采购订单跟踪表
?负责每日的发运计划实施
?负责客户每周,每月及年度预测的发布
?每月底完成和客户间的交付对账,确保无误
?维护出口客户
?负责对应产品的月度盘点
?跟踪并发运出口客户所需的货物及相关出口产品手续的办理
?保持和当地海关及检验检疫局的沟通及相关手续的办理;
?上级主管安排的其他工作
?遵守公司各项EHS相关制度

?专科以上学历,物流专业更佳。
5)Skills技能
?熟练掌握染色和定型生产工艺技术应用方面的知识;
?熟悉TS/16949质量体系专业知识;
?能熟练使用QAD或SAP;
?能熟练运用办公软件,快速统计和PPT报告编制能力。
?良好的英文阅读与理解能力。
6)Experience:经验
1年以上相关工作经验。

Requirements:
