?MonitorproductqualityperformanceanddiscussthetrendordeviationwithproductionteamandQualityManagertofindcorrective/preventiveactionsforcontinualimprovement.

?CooperatewithotherQCSFtoharmonizethestandardprocedureandalignwithGlobalQC/QA,providetechnicalsupport,testingresultsandhandlespeciallotreleaseinordertomeetcustomerrequirements.

篇4:操作工–广州工作职责与职位要求

?全面支持薄膜生产倒班的工作活动。

?监控生产线,支持并协助倒班主管操作生产线。

?负责生产线的检查工作,及时将异常情况向上级汇报并协助处理。

?协调每个班次之间的时间以确保正确开展日常工作,包括前一班次的工作进度,工作计划和持续跟踪的方向等,以确保更顺畅的24小时工作流程。

?根据生产报告需求,在结束每一班次的工作后向轮班负责人报告每日情况(生产数量,NG,交接生产线的具体情况,工作条件,原始/辅助材料消耗量)。

?根据班次负责人的指示,对标准工作条件,工作流程和机械/设备操作进行验证,控制和持续改进活动。如果出现违规行为,请立即动手进行故障排除和小故障维修,并向TSS部门报告。

?监督原始/辅助材料和产品在生产期间往仓库的移交情况。在必要情况下,与仓库员工组织进行讨论解决。

?特殊情况下,需加班支持薄膜生产中的每条生产线的工作。

岗位要求

?学历为中专或高中毕业,高中及以上优先。

?在塑料工业有超过三年的工作经历。

?有良好的纪律性,对待工作积极主动,踏实认真,勤奋钻研。
