5-DevelopandmaintainFGinventorymodels.Reviewperformancetomodelandinitiaterequiredactionstoachievemodel.
6-Recommendmanufacturingmodelsandcorrespondinginventorystrategiesthatsatisfyrequirementsforinventory,operationscosts,leadtimetocustomersandontimedeliverytargets.
7-ReviewforecaststoensurechangesarenotpassedtoOraclewithoutclearunderstandingandvalidation.
8-EnsureOracleparametersareoptimizedfordemandsignalintegrity.
9-Manageglobalallocationinsituationswheredemandsignificantlyexceedssupply.
10-Developandtracksupplychainperformancemeasurementstoprovidefeedbackonexecution,identifyimprovementopportunitiesanddrivechange.

Thefirstthingforcustomers’demandistheforecastmanagement.Thisroleshouldcollecttheforecastfromsalesadminteamandfollowforecastprocesstoanalyzetheforecastdatatoimproveforecastaccuracy.
ThispositionistheleadformonthlyS&OPmeetingforassignedproductionlines.He/sheshoulddeterminetheproductionquantityanddeliveryquantityinthenextmonths.
2.Weekly
OrganizeweeklyMPSmeetingtodefinethenext4weeks’productionplanbyreferencelevel.Andhe/sheshouldmonitortheordersstatuscomparingwiththeforecastandmonitortheproductionstatusvs.plan.
Also,he/sheshouldgiveprocurementteamthealertmaterialsforthenext1-2weekstoavoidmaterialshortage.
3.Daily
Tocommunicateefficiently,thisroleshouldleaddailySIMmeetingtocommunicatewithsalesadmin,productionteamandprocurementteam.He/sheneedavoidproductionshutdownandescalatethecriticalissuestologisticsmanagerifneeded.
4.ProjectSupport
TosupportNPIproject,he/sheneedmonitorthematerialsavailabletomakesuretheprojectcanlaunchintimeaccordingtotheprojectschedule.AlsoweneedcheckthecapacityoftheproductionlinetomakesuretheenoughproductioncapacityforsamplesmakingandFPDprocedure.
5.Continuousimprovement
Toincreasecustomersatisfactionandsupplychainefficiency,he/sheshouldcontinuousimprovethewholesupplychainplanningprocesses.

Requiredqualificationsand/orexperience:
1.BachelorDegreeisamust.
大学本科学历。
2.RichS&OP,MPSandMRPknowledgeandskills.Min3yearsrelatedworkingexperienceinamanufacturingcompany.
丰富的S&OP,MPS和MRP知识和技能。至少3年制造型企业相关工作经历。
3.Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.Projectexperienceisaplus.
强大的沟通和人际关系能力。项目经历是加分点。
4.FamiliarwithERPsystem,experienceforSAPandKingdeeisaplus.
熟悉ERP系统，有SAP,金蝶系统的经历是加分点。
5.Goodunderstandingoflogisticsandproductionprocesses.Procurementexperienceisaplus.
对物流和生产流程非常熟悉，采购经历是加分点。
6.Outstandingdataminingknowledgeandskills.ProficientExcel,PPTskills.Accessisaplus.

职责描述：
岗位内容：
？根据市场预测计划制定物料计划(发放请购单,调整/重新安排订单和准时交货,等等),以完成库存管理(50%)
？为业务部门提供计划(包括发货跟进等)以满足部门请求(30%)
？对库存进行维护和监控，保证供应且控制工厂库存处于合理水平
？完成主管交办的其他工作。(10%)
