与生产计划配合，处理协调生产过程中的相关物料问题,关键物料的掌控

参与物料的异常处理，控制呆滞物料的产生

职位要求：
1.2-3yearsworkingexperienceinmanufacturingcompanies;1-2productionprogramimplementationexperience
2-3年以上生产制造企业工作经验；1-2年生产计划实施经验

篇2：物料计划员PMC工作职责与职位要求
职位描述：
工作职责：
1、根据《月度生产计划》和《月度低质易耗材申购表》，合理安排物料申购计划和备料计划．做到批量下单并跟催，合理安排到货期；
2、根据《订单执行计划表》或《临时物料申购单》，及时安排物料申购．及时准确下单并跟催，及时准确回复交货期；
3、及时跟进物料到货并检验合格入库，周转异常并积极跟进参与异常处理；
4、根据生产计划安排编制《限额领料单》安排仓储备料，监督车间领退料情况，控制原材料消耗；5.根据公司销售情况及往年数据统计分析制定《仓库安全库存量》，保证库存物料的合理性；
6.统计采购部每周及每月物料采购到货数据，并考核达标情况；
7.接收保管整理更正文控下发的受控资料，并将产品结构表录入系统并根据技改单进行数据变更。
职位要求：
