ThispositionhasresponsibilityforensureasafeandprofitableroutingoperationsandmaintenanceforpilotunitinMomentiveperformancematerialbasedinNantong,JiangsuProvidence.TheProcessEngineerisresponsibleforthesafetyofthepilotunitroutineoperationandsupporting/leadingthepilottrialofnewproductscaleupandprocessoptimization,andleadingallaspectsofpilotfacilitymaintenance,productionmonitoringet.al.

ThepositionwillbeintheProcessTechnologyTeamlocatedattheMomentivePerformanceNantongCompanyinNantong,Jiangsuprovince,andthecandidatewillbereportedtotheChinaProcessTechnologyManagerbasedinShanghaiChinaTechnologyCenter

SpecificResponsibilities:

?FollowthegovernmentandcompanyEHSregulationandproceduretomakesureallprocessandrelatedactivitiescomplywithEHSstandardandrequirements.ResponsibleforoperationsafetyandenvironmentalprotectioninPilotunit.

?Supporttheprocessengineerforthescaleupthenewproductsinthepilotunitandtheoptimizationstudyoftheexistingprocess.

?Optimize/improvetheexistingproductprocesstoreducetheproductcostandimproveproductivitybyworkingwithcontinuousimprovementteamandprocesstechnologyengineer.

?Establish,update,andmaintainproductionprocedures,maintenanceprocedures,process/productcontrol,andtestdata.

?CollaboratewiththesiteEHStoimplementPSM,suchasMOC,PHA,PSSR,HOP,etc.relatedactivitiesforthepilotunit.

?Beresponsibleforhis/herownsafetyandthesafetyofotherswhoworkedinthepilotunit.

?Signtheworkpermittothevendorswhoareworkinginthepilotunitarea,andgivethecompanyEHSsafetytrainingfortheinternalandexternalresourcesworkinginthepilotunit.

?Maintainthenormaloperationofequipmentandinstrumentationinthepilotunitandrawmaterialofon-sitemanagement.

?Conducttrainingforoperates,newhires,contractors.

?Leadandassistinthedevelopmentandsustainabilityof5Sintheunit.

?Attendthedailyshift-exchangemeetinginthemorning.

RequiredEducationandProfessionalQualifications:

?BachelororaboveinChemicalEngineeringorrelevantmajor.

?Atleast3yearsworkingexperiencesinprocessengineering,operationorrelevantareas.

?Goodknowledgeofthechemicalengineeringprocesses,likebatchreaction,stripping,distillationet.al

?Goodunderstandingthefundamentalprinciplesinchemicalprocesses

?GoodunderstandingoftheProcessSafetyManagementandQualityManagementSystem

?Six-Sigma,LeanSix-Sigma,5Sexperiencearepreferred.

?Knowledgeofinstrument,electricdomain.(DCS,PHA,LOPA)experiencearepreferred

篇3：项目工程师（NPI）工作职责与职位要求

职位描述：

职位要求：

1、三年以上手机行业新品导入工作经验；

2、通晓电子产品技术工艺，掌握电子技术相关专业知识；

3、熟悉生产工艺，具备一定的创新能力、组织协调能力、计划与执行能力和沟通能力，强烈的工作责任心，细致耐心的工作态度；

工作职责：

1.主导新机型的导入，产前会议的召开及注意事项宣导、防范；

2.新品导入现场跟踪，试产问题点的分析汇总、报告制作及反馈解决；

3.解决生产中存在的工艺问题，产品的品质不良改善,对工艺流程的执行情况进行监督；

4.完成上级交办的其它任务。
