1.Setandachieveday-to-dayobjectivesthathavesomeimpactonotherswithinjobarea.Providemeasurableinputintonewproducts,processes,standardsoroperationalplansinsupporttotheorganization’sbusinessstrategies,withsomeimpactonbusinessunit/functionoverallresults。
2.Checkandcorrectproblemsinexistingsystemsorprocess.ProvidetimelyandconstructiveadvicestoTOPmanagementtooptimizesystemandprocess.
3.Carryingoutriskevaluationsinquotationphaseonbasisofcustomer-relatedqualityrequirements,takingqualitysystem,processandmethods,toolsintoaccount,indicatingcriticalqualityrequirementsandreliabilityrisksandderivingalternatives.
4.Preparingandupdatingqualityplanningdocumentstoproductdevelopmentandprocessplanningtakingsystematicprocesses,methodsandtoolsintoaccountuptohandovertoplantQualityAssurancefunctions.
5.Coordinatinginitialsamplesinspectionsforcustomer,preparinginitialsampleinspectionreportaccordingtocustomerrequirementandpresentinginitialsamplesforcustomerapproval(PPAPandPSWapproval);carryingoutdevicereleasebasedonqualityplansandproofs(testreport)
6.Agreeingdevicespecifictestfeaturesandmethodswithcustomer(DVPR).
7.Drawingupandarrangingfornecessarycorrectivemeasuresintheeventofqualityrelateddeviationsincooperationwithprojectteamandcheckingtheimplementation.
8.Identificationandescalationofrelevantqualityproblemstoadequatemanagementleveltogetsupportingandmigratequalityrisks.
9.Analyzequalityrelatedrequirements(drawings,specifications,qualityagreement,warranty,etc…)andofferconstructiveadvicestoprojectteamandescalatetoadequatemanagementlevelifhighrisksarepossibletooccur.
10.Ensuringthatdefinedqualitymethodsandtoolsarekeptindevelopmentprocess,leadqualityinspectiontoallD&Dfunctionteams’workingresultsandhelpProjectManagertocontrolproductdevelopmentrisks.
11.Customercomplaints,quotation,andcustomerauditsupportingbymanagingofProjectManagerifneedbasedontechnicaldevelopmentsection.
12.Activelytakeothertaskswhichdistributebydisciplinemanager,demonstrategoodcommunicationskillstoalignwithinternalandexternalcustomers,meantimeadequateleadershipskillstoinspireallcoreandextendteammemberstoachieveprojecttarget.

篇2：环保总工程师工作职责与职位要求
职位描述：
一、工作职责：
1、统筹管理公司总工办工作，建立健全公司技术规范、技术评估及质量管理体系；
2、参与公司重要项目的评估，针对具体项目，做好方案评审、设计图纸的校审和评审工作，
协助解决项目管理过程中出现的重大、疑难技术问题，审定技术规程；
3、组织新技术、新工艺的研究开发和推广运用，积极采取有效技术措施，优化技术方案，
降低成本，提高效益；

1、年龄40周岁以上（优秀人员可放宽），环境工程、给排水等相关本科及以上学历，10
同行业相关岗位工作经验；
2、主持过废水治理和废气治理方面大中型工程的设计工作，有扎实的理论基础和技术工作
经验，曾担任同行业公司技术负责人，设计院背景优先；
3、具较高的决策、组织协调和风险管控能力，能处理突发、疑难问题；
4、具有优秀的团队协作精神，良好的职业道德；
5、有注册环保工程师、高级工程师、一级建造师及以上资格者优先。

工作职责：
1、前期阶段（概念），协同营销、技术和客户进行沟通，了解客户需求；
2、报价阶段，协调内部资源按时完成报价；
3、研发阶段，协调内部完成阶段交付（功能样机、工艺样机；以及文档的管控）；
4、样机制作阶段，协同内部完成物料统筹、长周期备料、样机生产、评审和送样与结果跟进；
5、在小批试产阶段，确保如期试产并合格进入量产；
