工作职责：
1、负责公司业务系统的需求分析、业务调研、产品规划及设计；
2、监控产品运行效果，并对产品进行持续改进，实现前端业务需求，提升业务平台效率；
3、制定明确的产品功能规划，以及产品项目计划，为开发团队提供明确的产品资料文档；
4、根据公司业务方向，结合公司的业务特性，负责制定产品整体运营规划及执行方案；
5、对线上产品持续进行数据分析，根据数据提出产品改进和新产品的具体思路。
岗位要求：
1、至少经历过2个行业内产品完整开发；
2、负责产品项目，完整负责或参与从产品调研、策划、UED设计、研发、上线到等整个过程；
3、有研发经验、项目管理经验、产品策划营销经验者优先；
4、具备产品思维，熟悉同行产品模式，对行业具有深刻敏锐的洞察力，对产品需求敏感，对用户体验和心理有很好的把握；
5、具备优秀整体规划能力，清晰缜密的逻辑思维能力，较强的执行力，善于把控并推动项目进行；
6、具备出色的文档撰写能力，优秀的沟通协调能力；
7、有在线医疗健康管理行业产品经验的优先

职位描述：
工作职责：
1、根据集团战略发展目标，组织协调各医院医保结算及医疗服务价格的制定和维护等工作，为各医疗机构提供医保、物价支持。
2、收集各医院所在地医保物价政策并研究，指导各医院使用好医保额度，充分利用好医保政策；
3、与各医院密切联系，指导各医院医保及收费等相关工作，为年度考核做好充分准备。；
4、协助医疗机构申请、参评医保定点的指导及准备工作；
