工作职责
1、辅助医学总监进行总部分子实验室的日常管理工作，科室包含分子诊断、FISH、遗传染色体等；
2、协助医学总监组建技术团队、完善质量管理体系，实现自主检测；
3、指导团队进行性能验证、报告单设计、临床沟通及项目的开展；
4、优化报告单解读，完善分子实验室质控措施，提升团队技术能力；
5、引进外部先进技术理论，对集团各部门及各层级开展授课（VP、总经理、中层管理者，实验室条线，营销条线，人力条线）；对外授课包含继续教育，医院院会等；
6、国际合作项目引进及转化。
岗位要求
1、生物、医学、遗传学等相关专业，博士学历，医学检验或病理相关技术职称，中级或以上；
2、拥有较为丰富的分子诊断从业经验，有较强的团队管理能力，良好的沟通协调组织能力、培训演说能力及抗压能力；
3、经历过良好的科研训练，熟读国外文献，具备科研能力和科研思维，能够独立撰写科研标书，设计实验；
4、对目前的精准诊断技术有深刻的把握，了解目前市场主流的分子检测技术及细节。
