航空医生工作职责与职位要求
职位描述：
工作职责:
1.负责空勤人员出勤体检、把好身体放飞关；
2.负责空勤人员的身体状况监控，做好疾病矫治工作和重点人员的观察工作并做好定期的汇报工作；
3.按规定执行医疗操作规程，积极、主动地开展医疗卫生以及防疫工作；做好地面人员的疾病诊断、疾病预防、会诊和急诊转院等工作；
4.负责医疗卫生、疾病防治的宣传工作，以每月一期的航卫提示在网上发表；
5.负责航空人员的医学评定的工作，组织好航空人员的年度体检鉴定工作及合格证的办理；
6.参与公司招飞、招乘工作，负责实施招生期间的医学选拔工作，进一步做好组织体检鉴定及合格证办理工作；
7.负责新入职员工身体检查审查及组织公司全体员工体检；
8.负责机上药箱的设计、配置、管理和维护；
9.负责航医室健康医疗档案的管理工作。
职位要求:
1.医学专业本科以上；
2.持有《医师资格证书》、《执业医师证书》，执业类别为临床，职业范围为西医内科或保健医学；
3.2年以上航医或临床医学卫生类工作经验；
4.有较强的服务意识及团队协作能力。
