1.问题转化：将大分子药物研发中的问题转化为算法可以解决的问题
2.配合算法团队优化现有药物研发及设计工具和方法
岗位要求：
0.3-5年抗体、多肽类药物研发经验
1.化学、药学、生物学、生物信息学、物理学等相关专业博士学位
2.熟悉生物药设计及筛选的流程和工具
3.熟悉生物药筛选常用的数据库
4.了解编程知识，有python使用经验
