Responsibilities:

Requirements:
-Degreefromapproved/accreditedbachelorormasterprograminPsychology,Education,AppliedBehaviorAnalysis.
-Licensed/registeredBCaBA,BCBA,BCBA-D.
-Minimumof3yearsexperiencedeliveringAppliedBehaviorAnalysisservices,orRBTtrainingsandothercompanyin-servicesandtrainingsasdirectedbyemploymentsupervisor.
-Withpassionforhelpingchildrenwithspecialneeds,andtheirfamilies,reachtheirfullpotential.
-GoodspokenandwrittenEnglish/Chinese.
-Goodcomputerskills
篇2：（副）应用行为分析师工作职责与职位要求
职位描述：
工作职责:
负责制定并执行个别化教育计划课程（IEP），记录并及时汇报课程进展情况；利用应用行为分析法（ABA）对自闭症儿童进行治疗；定期回顾课程进展情况，适时根据课程、治疗进展和家长目标调整治疗方案；涉及康复中心培养体系搭建工作，包括评级体系、培训师评定、晋级、认证等全过程的督导工作；为初级分析师、相关老师和自闭症儿童家长提供培训和指导。
职位要求:
1.注册应用行为分析师（BCBA）、注册副应用行为分析师（BCaBA）；
2.本科及以上学历，应用行为分析、教育学、心理学等相关专业；
3.3年以上相关工作经验。
