职责描述：
岗位名称：上海精品集合店及美食广场产品线设计工程管理负责人
岗位描述：（设计及工程管控）
1、具备良好的设计能力及绘图能力，能独立完成专卖店的内装设计、终端展示陈列设计及VI系统设计等；熟练运用CAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCHUP、3DMAX等设计软件；
2、带领设计团队及设计公司、广告公司完成品牌整体图纸设计及相关施工图深化相关工作；
3、负责预算管理、图纸交接、现场施工指导及质量控制。
4、项目维护，包括但不局限于标识、礼品及景观布置等方面。
任职资格：
1、熟悉建筑材料及施工工艺；
2、室内设计或建筑学本科以上学历，有一定的室内设计经验；
3、1年以上商业空间设计工作经验；
3、精通CAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCHUP、3DMAX等相关设计软件，熟悉材料及施工，能独立完成SI项目创意设计及规范制作；
4、较强的艺术能力和美术功底，设计创意思维活跃，能够独立完成测量，方案设计及效果图施工图绘制；
5、较强的品牌概念理解能力和设计提案能力。
6、吃苦耐劳，能接受挑战性的设计工作。
