职责描述：

岗位职责：

（1）根据年度发展目标分解各所辖区域的具体发展计划，负责并制定各区域的发展年度工作计划；

（2）负责对新开门店进行前期市场调研、物业勘察、了解租金及城市商圈的情况，对新开门店项目进行评估、提交可行性报告和建议；

（3）负责协同区域进行高租金占比门店实施优化规划，并组织实施。

（4）负责区域跨平台合作协助和支持。

（5）负责对行业和区域竞争力进行综合分析，提交区域内网络发展和竞争力状况月度分析报告。

（6）协调总部各部门与区域发展工作之间的相关联工作；

（7）负责所辖区域发展工作的跟踪和完成，并参与区域选址工作的谈判、协调、审核及合同等过程；

（8）负责所辖区域门店基础信息管理，并协助区域进行门店续约的工作；

（9）负责对区域的报批材料进行审核和检查，指导区域加以完善；

（10）负责协助所辖区域的闭调店工作，跟踪、督促并确定区域落实推进；

（11）负责开、闭店的月度计划的管理与跟踪工作；

完成上级交办的其它事宜。

职位要求：

教育与培训

城市规划、市场营销、经济、法律等相关专业，本科及以上学历。

经验

2年以上市场调研，连锁拓展等相关经验。。

工作技能

1、良好的电脑知识及运用技巧；

2、良好的商业数据搜集、分析及逻辑判断能力；

3、良好的沟通、表达及谈判技巧；

4、有前期规划、项目分析、市场调研等相关工作经验，有较强的综合项目协调能力；

5、对行业的发展趋势有一定的理解和分析能力；

6、有较强的逻辑思维能力；

7、有商业连锁店面开发经验。
