岗位要求

1、本科以上学历，熟悉各种类型无人机相关研发、技术等，有无人机行业及大型项目经验优先。

2、熟悉无人机行业方案及应用、对无人机细分行业市场有相关项目经验，方案开发经验优先。

3、优秀的方案撰写和书面表达能力，优秀沟通、演讲和协调能力，能够与客户方的决策层有效沟通，准确把握客户痛点；

4、对新技术有热情、愿意接受挑战、有较强的责任心。具有较强的需求分析和引导应变能力，学习和抗压能力强。
