8年以上生产管理工作经验，必须有跨国公司工作的经验。有在橡胶，注塑，机械制造行业工作经验的，优先考虑。

熟悉ISO9001体系，必须有精益生产的管理经验,熟悉使用精益生产的各种工具.。

有很强的自我管理，组织能力，敢于做决定，能够承担工作压力，本人愿意动手亲自处理问题。

负责领导生产模压团队，管理整个模压生产线，达到及完成产量和任务。
Leadandmanageproductionmoldingteamtomeetproductionschedule&achieveoutputtargets.
根据生产过程中出现的人员，物料供给，质量问题的状况，进行有效协调及提前计划。
Planandcoordinatemanpower,materialandqualityinefficiency.Dobesttosolveproblemonline.
确保生产现场员工的工作纪律，工作现场的5S，各项安全制度的执行及遵守。
