?Providesupportonannualsalaryreviewprocessaccordingtodefinedscheduleandguideline,includingpreparationofproposalsheet,consolidationofdept.proposals,preparationofcommunicationletters,HRISuploadingaswellasfinalpayoutwith100%accuracy.
?BeResponsibleforannualsocialbenefitsdeclarationandsupportonsocialbenefitsauditwithdatapreparationsandeffectivecommunications.
?BeresponsibleforHRISmaintenanceandpersonalfilingmanagementtomakesureallpersonalrelatedinformationiskeptalwaysmostupdatedandwellrecorded.
?SupportotherC&Btopicssuchasemployeecertificatepreparation,auditpreparation,visaapplication,etc..

篇3:汽车材料零配件项目工程师岗位职责描述岗位要求
职位描述:
1、解读汽车项目的实验标准、要求和规范,输出客户需要的文件;
2、协助项目经理处理客户的各种问题;
3、派驻在知名汽车主机厂提供技术支持,完成客户交办的各种任务,妥善处理好客户关系;
4、及时有效的执行并完成领导下达的工作任务。
工作地点:宁波慈溪市杭州湾
任职条件:
1、大专及以上学历,车辆工程、汽车服务工程、材料类、机械类、自动化、电子类或物理学专业背景
2、熟悉汽车材料、内外饰件或零配件可靠性的测试要求,有汽车主机厂或零配件项目经验优先;
3、有以下任意汽车实验室检测项目经验者优先:如环境可靠性测试、电学性能测试、功能测试、EMC测试、机械测试、振动测试、材料物理性能和老化测试、材料失效分析或绿色环保测试(如VOC)及化学法规符合性服务项目
4、良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神;
5、能够阅读英文标准;
