销售行政助理岗位职责职位要求

职责描述

岗位职责

1、协助销售人员完成定单的执行,即整理订单、录入及打印订单、根据库存修改订单等;

2、负责本司门市的日常行政服务工作;

3、负责本司业务数据整理及归纳;

4、负责本司门店的销售及客户接待工作;

5、上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求

1、中专及以上学历、择优录取;

2、具有较强的学习能力;

3、熟练操作Office办公软件;

4、良好的沟通能力,态度热忱,做事有条理,细致沉稳,有较强的责任心,工作稳定性好。

5、工作地点:重庆

薪资福利:

1、无责任底薪3500起+各种福利补贴+奖金+五险一金。

2、享受标准社会保险(养老保险+医疗保险,工伤保险,失业保险,生育保险),住房公积金。

3、员工福利:双休,带薪休假、年节礼品、每年不定期拓展活动、公司及部门活动经费,国家规定法定节假日休息。

-Atleast2years'workingexperienceinSalesAdministrationofretailfieldinMNC/FIO.Luxuryindustryispreferred

-Familiarwithdailyretailstoreadministrationoperationprocedure.Holderofaccountingqualifiedcertificateispreferred

-ProficiencyonoperationofMsOfficeandERPsystemsuchasSAP

-Holderofaccountingqualifiedcertificateispreferred
