岗位职责:
1、按照国家和地方政府的政策、法规、执行相关消防安全制度;
2、负责消防系统设备设施正常运行的技术监督和指导;
3、负责消防系统维修保养的组织工作和技术监督;
4、负责本专业相关项目的费用控制、审核和经济分析;
5、负责消防设备设施的正确使用指导和培训,提高设备利用率,安排消防控制的管理和消防设施的日常管理和维护保养。
任职资格:
1、大专或以上学历,机电类相关专业,熟知消防行业相关法律法规;
2、2年以上消防工程现场管理经验;
3、具有消防实际操作经验,熟练使用检测仪器,熟练消防技能;
4、精通消防行业(消防电、水喷淋、自动报警系统等)的现场施工管理、相关专业法规和技术规范;
5、熟悉消防图纸,熟练掌握消防规范、消防各系统施工流程及技术要求;
6、具有较强的沟通、协调能力,良好的团队意识。
