甄选店铺人员

2.Ensureagoodshopenvironmentimageandmaintainedaccordingtothecompany’sstandards(VM,cleaningetc)

根据公司的标准保持店铺的整体形象(陈列,整洁度等)

3.OrganizetheStoreAmbassadorstorunstoreoperations.Thisincludesaswellopeningandclosingthestore,ensuringpropercashmanagementandcashregisterpolicies,useofsalePOSSystems.

安排店铺员工的工作,包括开铺关铺,操作收银系统和现金管理。

对店铺的每日销售负责,提升店铺的绩效。
