岗位职责：
1，负责接听客户的咨询电话，解答客户问题
2，外呼电话与客户沟通问题处理结果
3，接听电话处理相应投诉，且详细记录提交上级负责人
4，协助处理定向外呼回访工作，并回收结果
5，定期提交各项业务数据和报表，及时发现工作中存在的问题并及时反馈解决
职位要求
1、统招全日制专科及以上学历，有相关工作经验者优先
2、对文字敏感，有较好的文字功底及表达能力
3、乐于沟通，愿意为客户解决问题，有团队协作意识
4、能接受早晚班及节假日倒班制度，有一定的抗压能力
5、能简单的使用MSWord、Excel软件，打字速度不低于60字/分钟
6、普通话标准，口齿清楚，有亲和力
