TASKS&RESPONSABILITIES
?Besuretocomplywithcompanysafetyprocedure,noaccident.
?SupportthePAEintheiractivity,analyzetestrequestsandreportanyissueordiscrepancywithPOAIprocedure.
?Mustprioritizetestingneedsandmaintaindocumenteddailyproductiveschedule.
?Designandkickoffspecificjigsandchassis
?Schedule,prepareandperformorsub-contracttestsandinspectionaccordingtotheDVPR
?Reviewstestingresultsinatimelymannerandpreparesreports
?Activelyparticipateincontinuousimprovementandcorrectiveactionactivities.
?Implementcalibrationandmaintenanceofalltestequipmentaccordingtoplan.
?Flexibletosupportprotoactivitiestobalanceworkload.
?SupportandfollowthePOAIqualitysystem.
?LeadorsupportPOAIglobalstandardizationprocess.
?Suggest,supervisesorsupportthedesignorthemodificationoftestequipment/procedurestomeetnewcustomerrequestorimprovequality,reducecostandtime.

职位描述：
任职条件：
1）本科及以上学历，无机合成、有机合成或者化学工程专业优先；
2）从事面板和半导体化学材料相关领域5年经验以上；
3）熟练使用ICP-MS,扫描电镜等常用分析仪器；
4）热爱实验室工作，有较强的实验操作能力、分析能力和问题解决能力；
5）具有较强的英语读、写能力，熟练阅读专业文献及资料；
