职位描述：
一、岗位职责
1、团队管理。负责团队成员的岗位职责描述岗位要求与管理，带领团队制定并达成销售目标；
2、个人业绩。销售平安银行的信用卡，车险和保险，信托，基金，证劵业务等，为客户提供全面的金融理财服务。
二、基本要求?
1、25-45周岁，大专学历以上，硕士、博士优先；
2、2年以上销售经验或1年以上团队管理经验优先；?
3、目标明确、上进心强，善于与人沟通，有较好的团队合作意识。
三、工作时间
周一至周五每天上午8:30-10:30早会，其他时间可自行安排，周末双休。
