岗位职责

-数据管理能力提升及应用：基于毕马威的方法论，识别客户在数据管理各领域存在的问题和待提升点，能够基于客户现状和实际需求，提出可行性的建议和方案，并协助客户完成能力提升的具体需求编写和落地实施工作，协助客户建立数据管理体系和数据标准体系

-多维统计分析应用和决策驾驶舱：与客户进行充分沟通，了解决策支持所需的关键指标和多维统计分析需求，基于毕马威方法论，完成统计分析体系的构建，以及数据应用体系的设计和实施工作

职位要求

-金融、经济、数学等相关专业本科、硕士研究生

-3年以上金融机构、咨询公司工作经验

-个性开放，易沟通，具备良好的表达沟通能力

-责任心强，考虑问题细致，执行力强

-能够独立工作并具备以客户为中心的意识

-有数据管控体系、指标、质量管理平台相关领域项目经验者优先。

-熟悉金融机构（银行、保险等）的某个或多个业务领域的产品、流程和评估指标，能够帮助用户梳理业务流程，识别和构建指标评价体系，细化业务需求，进行需求分析与设计，熟练编写《业务需求说明书》等分析与设计文档

-熟悉数据管理体系中某个或多个领域相关工作，包括但不限于数据标准、指标体系、数据质量、数据应用等，能够帮助客户识别数据管理领域中存在的问题，并形成数据能力整体提升规划和短期提升方案，熟练编写能力提升报告、分析报告、规划建议报告等文档

-能够协助技术人员完成需求的落地实施，在需求实施各阶段提供有效的支持
