3、负责绩效管理体系推广及日常运营、沟通、反馈等工作；
4、负责对接技术条线，跟进系统落地，负责业务需求验证；
职位要求：
1、金融、财务管理或人力资源管理相关专业本科以上学历；
2、2年以上薪酬绩效或管理等相关工作经验；
3、良好的沟通、表达、逻辑思维能力和文案撰写能力；
4、较强的组织、协调能力；
5、可以接受出差工作
