Requirements:

?Minimum6yearsofHumanResourcesTransformationconsultingexperiences(e.g.HRprocess,sharedservicecenterdesign,technologyrequirementanalysis,blueprinting)

?Hands-onexperienceonworkforceplanning,changemanagement,organizationdesign,talentmanagementandengagementplanning,post-mergerintegration

?TrilingualinMandarin,CantoneseandEnglishispreferred

职位描述

职责描述:

1、研究期权交易策略、定价规则

2、研究国内交易所期权交易规则和做市商规则

3、对期权交易进行量化建模分析

职位要求

1、具有金融工程、数学、计算机等相关专业背景,本科及以上学历,重点大学毕业(985,211)

2、具备扎实的金融衍生品定价和风险管理等金融工程理论知识。

3、具备较强的数据处理、统计分析能力,能够熟练应用Matlab、EXCELVBA编程、Eviews等统计建模工具;

4、具备较强的口头表达与演讲能力、书面写作能力;

5、有3年及以上相关行业工作经验,在期货公司研究岗位从事量化或期权研究工作者优先;

6、具备期货从业资格证和期货投资分析考试合格证或相关金融资格证书者优先。
