岗位职责：
1、参与政府项目咨询，配合政府客户针对社会领域中的复杂问题提出解决方案；
2、搜集整理项目相关资料，并对需求进行梳理、汇总和分析；
3、参与现场调研和访谈，做好访谈会议纪要；
4、根据项目经理的要求，参与团队讨论，梳理数据体系，撰写战略报告分模块；
5、参与各种论坛学术交流、发表演讲，接受专业媒体约稿；
6、完成公司临时安排的其他任务。
职位要求：
1、硕士以上学历，经济学、管理学等相关专业；
2、一年以上政府咨询工作经验优先；
3、熟悉国家及区域的经济发展政策、社会民生与公共问题；
4、善于维护和巩固与政府部门的关系，良好的人际沟通能力；
5、有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于学习新思想与新事务，较强的创新意识；
6、有较强的沟通、协调能力，优秀的团队合作意识；
7、熟练操作电脑，精通ppt、word、excel等办公软件，优秀的公文写作能力及演讲能力；
8、身体健康，积极、乐观、向上、有责任心；
9、富有理想、激情，热爱咨询业，工作效率高，能胜任高强度的咨询策划工作；

1.需要独立或者与其他顾问一起共同工作以完成对客户的咨询项目（政策研究方向）服务，确保客户对项目服务的长期满意度。具体工作包
