职位描述：
本岗位年薪50-100万左右，参与公司利润分红！
直接汇报给公司董事长。
岗位职责：
1、统筹运作咨询事业部项目及日常管理；
2、负责项目报告的质量把控和客户关系拓展、维护；
3、咨询事业部团队管理及各Team协调；
4、团队咨询能力的培养提升，系统化培训体系的搭建，人才梯队建设；
职位要求：
1、7年以上医药行业咨询公司经历，担任过PM及以上职位，英文熟练；
2、专业资深的项目报告撰写能力；
3、独当一面的项目演讲及报告演示能力；
4、沟通能力强，善于维护客户关系；
5、较强的管理能力，适应欧美企业文化，优秀的执行力；
