职位描述：

岗位职责：

1.协助项目经理制定项目计划，推进项目进度；

2.参与项目需求调研、升级测试、安装部署、上线验收等环节，解决实施过程中出现的问题；

3.对系统操作员进行培训，编写培训文档，解答用户系统使用过程中的疑问；

4.编写相关的实施文档、使用手册、测试文档、验收文档；

5.对项目总的问题进行跟踪分析和报告，推动测试中发现问题及时合理地解决。

岗位要求：

1.熟悉SQLServer或Oracle数据库管理、使用，熟练使用SQL语言；

2.有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，语言表达能力和组织能力；

3.熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Visio等办公应用软件；

4.能接受出差；

5.有学生会、社团经验者优先。

职责：

-持续不断的积累对互联网以及所服务的客户的行业，品牌和产品的丰富认知；

-特别专长于某些行业的网络口碑和社区文化研究,不断整理相关领域的研究成果；

-深入了解和挖掘客户的新需求，设计和改进研究咨询服务方案,保证客户的高满意度；

-带领项目团队提供各类高质量的研究咨询服务，为客户提供各类非常有价值的咨询建议，帮助其营销战略策划；

-积极带领项目团队参与多个不同行业客户的研究咨询服务和新的业务拓展，完成项目团队年度的业绩指标；

-积极参与和协助公司的各类营销沟通活动，和业界的各类专业人士广泛交流，达成共识；

-独立承担各类项目研究报告的演示和研究咨询服务的推介，主动和客户一起讨论中国网络社区变革带来的各类营销战略创新；

-指导团队成员的研究和项目管理工作，根据公司的各项战略和政策，完善项目团队的人员和业务管理，实现人才培养和发展目标，树立团队精神；

要求：

-本科或以上学历，市场营销，企业管理，社会学，新闻学，心理学，广告学，电子商务，计算机信息系统等相关专业为佳；

-至少拥有3-5年以上相关网络分析或市场研究经验和客户服务经验，且拥有某领域的相关研究专长；

-对网络媒体及网络产业有非常深入的了解，乐于投身于互联网络研究和创新，拥有浓厚兴趣和持续的研究热情；

-挚信成熟，果敢坚韧，拥有优秀的项目团队管理能力，人际沟通能力，和人员管理能力，至少管理过3个人的团队；

-乐观积极，突破进取，勇于面对挑战，适应高压力的工作，以结果为导向，责任心强；能非常独立且创造性的解决问题；

-优秀的研究分析和多项目管理能力，对自己的研究和咨询服务要求严谨，力求完美；

-深入解读客户的各类需求，拥有敏锐的商业意识，和优秀的业务拓展能力；

-优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通表达能力，能用英语自如的拟写，演示，和推介研究成果；

-良好的电脑应用能力，熟悉对电脑数据库和各类网络工具，熟练使用各类办公软件；

-经常参与BBS论坛讨论，广泛使用各类网络社会化媒体，和持续撰写个人博客的优先；

-有汽车、医药健康、金融服务、电子技术、计算机和信息通讯、软件开发、网络游戏、多媒体传播等行业研究背景者优先。
