Mission:

Todevelopnewcustomers,promotecompanyproduct&solutionandachievesalesrevenueforresponsibleterritoryinTierssegment.

Majorresponsibilities:

Dutiesandresponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

·PerformSWOTanalysisforresponsibleterritorymarketinTierssegment,collectinformationaboutcompetition,potentialmarketvolume,currentmarketshareandcustomers’feedback.

·AggressivelyexploittheresponsibleterritoryinTierssegmenttoidentifynewtargetcustomersandnewsalesopportunities.

·Planandorganizesalesactivities,suchasdemo,seminars,WTL,lineaudits,solutionpresentation…etc.tofindoutcustomerneedsandtransformopportunitiestoorder.

·Cooperatewithcustomerandprojectteamincustomerproject,collectcustomer’sneeds,analyzetheapplicationandprovidesolutiontosatisfycustomerwithvalues.

·Cooperatewithmarketingteaminmarketactivitiesandmarketanalysis.

·Cooperatewithservice,projecttoachievecustomersatisfaction

·CooperatewithFinancedepartmenttoimprovetheperformanceofreceivable&overdue

·Build,maintain,broadenandstrengthengoodrelationshipwithcustomers,distributors,andMTBs

·Find,select,developandmanagedistributor,ifapplicable.

·Reporttimelyandaccuratelyin

·Continuouslyimprovejobrequiredcompetence,personalityandbehavior.

1.对华南地区的新能源三电“电机+电控+电池”客户及传统客户进行开发

2.对于现有的新能源及传统零部件客户的维护及二次开发

3.配合MTBAccountManager进行华南区域进行MTB客户开发

4.对于华南区域市场进行系统的客户资源梳理,对A/B/C类客户进行划分,从而制定详细的开发计划

学历要求:本科及以上学历

专业要求:车辆工程、机械设计或其它工程类相关专业

英语能力:英语CET4以上

经历要求:从事汽车零部件相关行业3年以上

性别要求:不限

年龄要求:不限

经验要求:有3年以上汽车零部件管理和量产经验

其他要求:热爱这个行业、勤学肯干,具有团队协作精神

工作职责:

1)收集客户需求,分析客户需求并提供解决方案;

2)收集客户反馈的问题,支持并解决问题;

3)支持客户装车及整车验证;

4)跟踪客户项目状态,协调内部资源;

5)组织客户项目会议,保证项目时间节点。

优先经验和技能:

1)三年以上整车或制动系统零部件从业经验;

2)熟悉整车架构,熟悉CAN通讯,熟悉Vector相关工具;

3)熟悉使用office办公软件;

4)良好的英语听说读写能力;

5)能够满足出差要求;

6)善于沟通,逻辑清晰,具有团队合作意识。
