化工检验员岗位职责任职要求
化工检验员岗位职责
职责描述:
1、检验方案编制,与客户进行技术交流与澄清;
2、依据法律法规要求完成海上平台或陆地石化设施的压力容器/管道/储罐/气瓶/锅炉/井口压裂装置的在役检验;
3、依据实际检验结果完成检验报告;
4、依据公司标准检验流程及国内国际相关标准、规程,根据客户要求完成相关产品检验或专项检验(如压力试验,功能试验等);
5、了解行业内动态及技术发展,为业务拓展提供技术支持。
任职要求:
1、全日制普通大学专科或以上学历,过程装备与控制,化工机械,机械设计、焊接,材料等相关理工类专业;
2、五年及以上相关行业经验,有压力容器/管道制造检验、在役检验或海洋工程装备检验经验,有第三方检验工作经验者优先;
3、熟悉国内/国际标准法规,国内标准:固定规,定检规,如GB150/151/12337等,美标API及ASME标准:API510/570/571/577/580/650/651/652/653等,持有质监局压力容器检验员(师)证,压力管道检验员(师)证优先或API510/570/653检验员证者优先;
4、对压力容器/管道/储罐/气瓶/锅炉/井口压裂装置的在役全面检验有10年以上现场实际经验;
5、良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神;
6、良好的英语书面能力;
7、适应频繁出差、出海工作,应变能力强、愿意接受挑战;
8、熟练使用MSOffice、CAD等常用办公软件。
