聚合工程师岗位职责
职责描述:
1.负责生物可降解改性聚酯聚合的实验室试制开发;
2.负责生物可降解改性聚酯聚合的中试计划中的技术部分,包括中试工艺,试车,制造工艺等;
3.从技术支持角度,协助市场人员开拓尼龙、改性聚酯及其下游产品应用市场;
任职资格:
1.熟悉聚合物聚合过程,有聚酯(PBAT、PBS、PBT等)聚合经验尤佳;
2.3年及以上聚合生产企业研发,生产经验优先;
3.能运用丰富的企业研发生产经验结合专业知识的能力;
4.独立开发创新的能力;细致认真处理有关安全研发生产的能力;团队合作的能力;
5.有基本英语相关技术资料阅读能力;
6.思维开扩、平易近人、善于沟通、抗压力强、具较强的分析判断能力;
