职责描述:
1.Developandimprovetheprocessincl.relatedsupportprocesses,definetheprocessspecificationandestimatethepotentialqualityprobleminproductionline.Createprocessdescriptionandtest/inspection/verificationmethods;
2.Self-dependentplanningandperformingofprocessdevelopment,incl.procurementofneededparts,material,fixtureandequipment;try-outinaccordancewithstationavailability;
3.Adviseandassisttheprocurementofequipment,fixture,devicesandtoolswhichmeetcorporateandcustomerqualityandfinancialrequirements,andmonitoringtheperformanceofthemonshopfloor;
4.AssiswiththedevelopmentofprocessdocumentsuchasPFEMA,processflowcharts,controlplanetc.withmanufacturingunitsasrequired;
5.Planandimplementthetrainingprogramforrelevantpersonnel;
6.Beresponsibleforthetroubleshootingandrootcauseanalysiswithsupportofqualityteam,maintenanceteamandtechniqueteam;
7.Beresponsiblefornewproducttransferproject,includeprocessflowdefinition,equipmentpurchasingandacceptance,newsampleproduction;
任职要求:
1.Bachelorormasterdegreeinmetallicmaterial;
2.Chinese,Englishlanguageskills,Germanoptional;
3.Atleast3years’experienceinautomotivebusiness;
4.Analyticalability,honestyandintegrity,willingtolearnnewknowledge;
5.Know-howofCQI-9andQ-tools,suchasDOE,PFEMAetc.

功率器件工艺工程师无锡昌德微电子股份有限公司无锡昌德微电子股份有限公司,昌德1、本科及以上学历,微电子、半导本等相关专业,了解基本半导大器件;
2、具有2年以上晶圆代工厂工艺的开发以及制程整合经验,分立器件工艺集成经验者优先;
3、熟悉版图设计文件LEDIT/SilvacoExpert/Virtuoso其中一种或多种,熟练使用Virtuoso者优先;

篇3：灯具工艺工程师岗位职责任职要求
灯具工艺工程师岗位职责
1.制程异常分析、追踪、处理;跟进电子组装车间现场的生产状况,针对生产异常情况进行分析,判定异常发生的原因,并提出相应的解决方案,会同品质部跟进方案的执行情况和效果
2.电子标准工艺的执行及制定;
3.优化电子线路工艺设计,持续提升生产效率;
4.生产成本控制,包括焊锡材料的回收使用指导;5.电子工艺参数/作业指导书的标准制定执行;
岗位要求:
1.专科以上学历;十年以上大型电子厂电子工程师工作经验;
2.熟悉电子元件,电子工艺设计,精通电子组装设计工艺各个生产流程和品质标准;
3.熟悉各种电子元器件的工艺特性,自动插件;波峰焊及元器件失效异常分析处理;
4.具有良好的组织协调及团队协作精神,爱岗敬业,具有良好的工作主动性;
