1.负责营销服务部的全面管理。制定并推动年度经营规划,达成年度业务目标;

2.制定并执行营销服务部个人营销渠道人力发展计划,推动营销员队伍的发展;

3.制定并执行营销服务部各项培训计划,培养专业营销人才和管理人才;

4.负责对销售人员进行理念、知识、技能、辅导训练等方面的培训指导,确保合规经营与品质管理,避免销售误导,保证经营的合法合规性;

5.推动TFE项目的招募人力达标,按总部要求开班;

6.负责落实公司的各项会议、活动、方案等;

7.为分公司收集并提供当地市场及经营实践中的相关问题、建议及咨询。

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历,优秀者可放宽至大专;

2.8年以上寿险行业工作经验,3年以上个人营销渠道管理经验;

3.丰富的寿险管理、培训以及销售经验,有LOMA资格认证者优先考虑;

4.有团队管理经验,沟通能力强,较强的学习能力和执行力,在行业内有良好的口碑,在当地市场有良好的人脉资源和一定影响力,勤奋敬业、责任心强、认真负责、有强烈的进取心。
